James A. McAdoo - President

 

Mr. McAdoo is responsible for the overall strategy and day to day operations.  During his 30 year career, he has been a trusted advisor and worked in key leadership positions for retailers including K-Mart Apparel, Limited Brands, Toys R Us, PETCO Animal Supplies and Aerosoles. He broadened his experience by managing retail construction projects for a national general contractor and selling in-store retail solutions for a global branding agency.  Jim is a graduate of Moravian College.
